1. Scope of This Policy
This Exchange & Refund Policy applies to all tax consulting services provided by CMG ACCOUNTANT LIMITED. It outlines the conditions under which clients may request an exchange of services or a refund for services already paid for.
2. Service Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility for Exchange
- If a client realizes that the initially selected tax consulting service package does not meet their specific needs, they may request an exchange within 3 business days of purchasing the service. For example, if a client initially chooses a basic income tax return filing service but later discovers they require more in – depth tax planning advice, they can request an exchange.
- The exchange must be for a service of equal or greater value. If the new service is of greater value, the client will be required to pay the difference in cost.
2.2 How to Request an Exchange
- Clients should contact our customer service team via email at Choudry1MuhammadGulraiz@outlook.com or by phone at +44 7365753451. In the communication, clearly state their account details, the original service purchased, and the desired new service.
- Our customer service team will review the request and, if approved, will process the exchange within 7 business days.
3. Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Unused Services: If a client has paid for a service but has not yet utilized any part of it, they are eligible for a full refund within 7 business days of purchase. For instance, if a client pays for a corporation tax planning session but is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and has not received any consulting materials or advice, they can request a full refund.
- Incorrect Service Provision: If CMG ACCOUNTANT LIMITED fails to provide the service as promised in the service agreement or description, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund. This could include cases where the tax advice provided is inaccurate, leading to potential financial losses for the client. A partial refund will be calculated based on the proportion of the service that was not provided correctly.
- Cancellation by CMG ACCOUNTANT LIMITED: In the event that CMG ACCOUNTANT LIMITED cancels a service for any reason, clients will be entitled to a full refund of the paid amount, plus any applicable interest calculated at [interest rate] per annum.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing. This can be done via email to Choudry1MuhammadGulraiz@outlook.com or by sending a letter to our official business address. The request should include the client’s name, contact information, account details, the service for which the refund is being requested, and the reason for the refund.
- Our refund review team will assess the request within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take up to 7 additional business days for the refund to appear on the client’s statement. For bank transfers, the refund will be credited back to the original bank account within 7 business days.
4. Non – Refundable Situations
- Services Partially Utilized: Once a client has started using a service, they are not eligible for a full refund. However, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of the service remaining unused, subject to our assessment.
- Failure to Follow Instructions: If a client fails to follow our instructions or provide necessary information, which results in the service not being delivered as expected, no refund will be provided. For example, if we request certain financial documents for tax return preparation and the client fails to provide them in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or incomplete service, and no refund will be due.
- Services Completed as Agreed: If the service has been completed in accordance with the service agreement and meets the agreed – upon standards, no refund will be issued.
5. Changes to This Policy
CMG ACCOUNTANT LIMITED reserves the right to modify this Exchange & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes. If a client continues to use our services after the policy change, they are deemed to have accepted the new policy terms.
